Gregory J. Raybuck Promoted to State Police Lieutenant

Harrisburg, PA – Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Robert Evanchick has promoted Gregory J. Raybuck to the rank of lieutenant and assigned as the western section commander in the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. He most recently served as station commander of Troop C, DuBois.

Lieutenant Raybuck enlisted in the state police in 2001 and was assigned to Troop N, Swiftwater after graduating from the academy. He was promoted to corporal in 2011 and to sergeant in 2015. As he progressed through the ranks, Lieutenant Raybuck served entirely in Troop C. He was also a member of the Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) and served as a negotiator for SERT West. 

Lieutenant Raybuck is a graduate of Saint Leo University and the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety School of Police Staff and Command. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
