ORDER SUMMARY:

1.         Robert Price ("Price"), as a Director of Facilities for the Moon Area School District, failed to timely file Statements of Financial Interests for the 2017 and 2018 calendar years in compliance with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a). 

2.         Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, we hereby levy civil penalties against Price in the total amount of $300.00 for Price's delinquent Statements of Financial Interests for calendar years 2017 and 2018.

3.         To the extent he has not already done so, Price is ordered to make payment of the aforesaid civil penalties in the total amount of $300.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding to this Commission a certified check or money order in the amount of $300.00 made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

4.         To the extent he has not already done so, Price is ordered to file complete and accurate Statements of Financial Interests for calendar years 2017 and 2018 with the Moon Area School District by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with a copy of each such filing forwarded to this Commission.

5.         Failure to comply with Paragraph 3 or 4 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

Pennsylvania Early Learning Council

ORDER SUMMARY:

1.         Roslyn Edwards ("Edwards"), as a Member of the Pennsylvania Early Learning Council, failed to timely file a Statement of Financial Interests for the 2020 calendar year in compliance with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a). 

2.         Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, we hereby levy one civil penalty against Edwards in the total amount of $250.00 for Edwards's delinquent Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020.

3.         To the extent she has not already done so, Edwards is ordered to make payment of the aforesaid civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding to this Commission a certified check or money order in the amount of $250.00 made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

4.         To the extent she has not already done so, Edwards is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the State Ethics Commission and the Pennsylvania Early Learning Council by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order.

5.         Failure to comply with Paragraph 3 or 4 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

ORDER SUMMARY:

1.         Paul M. Norris ("Norris"), as a Constable/Deputy Constable, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission.

2.         This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Norris at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).  Norris is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.         Norris is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order.

4.         Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

ORDER SUMMARY:
 

1.         Brian Miller ("Miller"), as a Member of the Plumbing Board of the City of Reading, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019 with the Plumbing Board of the City of Reading.

2.         This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Miller at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).  Miller is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.         Miller is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019 with the Plumbing Board of the City of Reading by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission for compliance verification purposes.

4.         Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

ORDER SUMMARY:
 

1.         Aimee Senott ("Senott"), as a Member of the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when she failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the State Ethics Commission and the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board.

2.         This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Senott at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).  Senott is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.         Senott is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the State Ethics Commission and the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order.

1.         Randy Galiotto ("Galiotto"), as a Member of the Pennsylvania Department of General Services Selection Committee, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file a Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services Selection Committee.

2.         This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Galiotto at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).  Galiotto is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.         Galiotto is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services Selection Committee by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission for compliance verification purposes.

1.         Quimon Broady ("Broady"), as a Member of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Committee, failed to comply with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act ("Ethics Act"), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a), when he failed to file Statements of Financial Interests for calendar years 2019 and 2020 with the State Ethics Commission and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Committee.

2.         This Commission hereby levies two maximum civil penalties against Broady, each at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day, for each day his Statements of Financial Interests for calendar years 2019 and 2020 have remained delinquent, for total civil penalty liability of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).  Broady is ordered to pay said civil penalties in the total amount of $500.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.         Broady is ordered to file complete and accurate Statements of Financial Interests for calendar years 2019 and 2020 with the State Ethics Commission and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Committee, by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order.

4.         Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

2.         This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Martin at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 has remained delinquent, for total civil penalty liability of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).  Martin is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.         Martin is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the State Ethics Commission and the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order.

4.         Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.

2.         This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Watts at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day her Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 has remained delinquent, for total civil penalty liability of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).  Watts is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.         Watts is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 with the State Ethics Commission and the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order.

4.         Failure to comply with Paragraph 2 or 3 of this Order will result in the initiation of an appropriate enforcement action.
