Harrisburg, PA – Department of Corrections Secretary John Wetzel, on Feb. 4, signed a Notice of Execution setting March 8, 2019, for the execution of Timothy M. Jacoby.
Jacoby was sentenced to death on Oct. 9, 2014, by York County Court of Common Pleas.
He is presently housed at SCI Greene, Waynesburg, Pa.
The law provides that when the governor does not sign a warrant of execution within
the specified time period, the secretary of Corrections has 30 days to issue a notice of execution.
