Fine Wine & Good Spirits to Host Wine and Food Pairings at Lemoyne Premium Collection

​November 12 event to feature Chef Tracey Shepos Cenami, Kendall-Jackson wines

Lemoyne – The Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection at West Shore Plaza Shopping Center, 1200 Market St., Lemoyne, will host a special event featuring wine and food tasting and a bottle and cookbook signing by chef Tracey Shepos Cenami from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, Nov. 12.

Tracey Shepos Cenami, chef and cheese specialist for Kendall-Jackson, grew up in a family that was always cooking. Her first job was as a summer camp dishwasher and she was immediately hooked on the comradery, artistic expression, and satisfaction of the kitchen. Throughout high school, she pursued jobs in the culinary industry before attending the Culinary Institute of America in San Francisco. Before joining the Kendall-Jackson team, she was the executive chef for Stark Reality restaurants, a Sonoma County restaurant group. During her tenure there, she helped open five restaurants and create a catering department. She also worked under Chef Michael Romano at Union Square Café for two years.

Tracey considers the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens to be a chef’s dream. She is a vital member of the culinary team at Kendall-Jackson, specializing in wine country cuisine and artisanal cheeses. Her recipes have been published in magazines and newspapers, and she is a three-time winner of Food Network’s “Guy’s Grocery Games.”

Shepos Cenami will offer samples of the following wines to those 21 years of age and older:

• Kendall-Jackson Grand Reserve Rosé Sonoma County 2016 (Code 78910) – $11.99
• Stonestreet Estate Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley 2015 (Code 75332) – $39.99
• Hartford Court Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 2015 (Code 74352) – $36.99
• Hartford Court Chardonnay Sevens Bench Vineyard 2014 (Code 77128) – $49.99

Harrisburg Hilton Executive Sous Chef Anthony Bianco will be on hand to provide delicious food paired with those wines and prepared just for attendees.
 
Shepos Cenami will also sign pre-purchased bottles and copies of her cookbook, “Season – A Year of Wine Country Food, Farming, Family & Friends.” (Code 77206; $49.99).
