Kenneth F. Tallman Promoted to State Police Lieutenant

Harrisburg, PA – Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Robert Evanchick has promoted Kenneth F. Tallman to the rank of lieutenant and assigned him as the analytical intelligence section commander in the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Lieutenant Tallman enlisted in the state police in 2002 and was assigned to Troop J, Avondale after graduating from the academy. As he progressed through the ranks, Lieutenant Tallman also served in Troop H; Troop L; and, most recently, as the analytical intelligence section supervisor in the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. He attained the rank of corporal in 2012 and sergeant in 2017.

Lieutenant Tallman, a native of Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, holds an associate degree in criminal justice and a bachelor's degree in management from Central Penn College.
