1. Sherron Parker (“Parker”), as a Parole Agent I for the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole, failed to timely file a Statement of Financial Interests for the 2019 calendar year in compliance with Section 1104(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act (“Ethics Act”), 65 Pa.C.S. § 1104(a).

2. Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, we hereby levy one civil penalty against Parker in the total amount of $250.00 for Parker’s delinquent Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019.

3. To the extent she has not already done so, Parker is ordered to make payment of the aforesaid civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding to this Commission a certified check or money order

in the amount of $250.00 made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

4. To the extent she has not already done so, Parker is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019 with the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to this Commission for compliance verification purposes.

1. Deborah A. 2. Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, we hereby levy one civil penalty against Fowler in the total amount of $250.00 for Fowler’s delinquent Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019.

3. Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, Fowler is ordered to make payment of the aforesaid civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00—by way of monthly payments of no less than $25.00 each—as follows: (1) each such payment shall be due by the last day of the month and made by forwarding to this Commission a certified check or money order in the amount of no less than $25.00 payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury; and (2) the first such payment shall be due by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order.

4. To the extent she has not already done so, Fowler is ordered to file a complete and accurate Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019 with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, with one copy forwarded to this Commission for compliance verification purposes.

This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Pallini at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2019 has remained delinquent, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Pallini is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3. 2. This Commission hereby levies one maximum civil penalty against Nilsen at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day for each day his Statement of Financial Interests for calendar year 2018 has remained deficient, for a total civil penalty of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Nilsen is ordered to pay said civil penalty in the total amount of $250.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3. This Commission hereby levies three maximum civil penalties against Green, each at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day, for each day her Statements of Financial Interests for calendar years 2016, 2017, and 2018 have remained delinquent, for total civil penalty liability of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00). Green is ordered to pay said civil penalties in the total amount of $750.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3. 2. This Commission hereby levies three maximum civil penalties against Arrington, each at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day, for each day her Statements of Financial Interests for calendar years 2016, 2017, and 2018 have remained delinquent, for total civil penalty liability of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00). Arrington is ordered to pay said civil penalties in the total amount of $750.00 by no later than the thirtieth (30th) day after the mailing date of this Order, by forwarding a check to the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for deposit in the State Treasury.

3.
