Pennsylvania and New York Youth Reign Supreme in Premier National Junior Dairy Show


Harrisburg, PAThe 58th All-American Dairy Show youth contests at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center concluded Monday evening with Trevor Biglow of Willsboro, Ny. winning Supreme Champion Cow and Emory Bewley of Susquehanna, Pa. winning Supreme Champion Heifer in the Premier National Junior Dairy Show. Biglow showed his Jersey cow Mer-James Fizz Iggy Azalea. Bewley won with her Jersey spring yearling heifer, Four-Hills Velocity Precious.  

During the Premier National Junior Show, youth from across the country competed for Grand Champion titles, entering 700 cows and heifers in seven breed shows throughout the day. Biglow and Bewley won the Grand Champion titles in the Jersey Show earlier in the day to qualify to compete for the Supreme Champion.

Pennsylvania Milking Shorthorn Exhibitors Claim Top Honors in the 2022 All-American Milking Shorthorn Show  

Callie Whiting of Cochranton, Pa. claimed Grand Champion Milking Shorthorn honors with her four-year old cow, R-Generation Leader Make-Up. Alora Sprout of Springville, Pa. won Junior Champion with her heifer calf, Woodsey dell Lran chopper exp.

North Carolina and Pennsylvania Natives Take Top Honors in the 2022 All-American Guernsey Show  

SpringHill Gotcha Evi, exhibited by Dennet Withington of Goldston, Nc. recieved Grand Champion honors at the Guernsey show. Landee Fraley of Muncy, Pa. Claimed Junior Honors with her heifer, Twin County Pies Twilight-ET.

New York and Pennsylvania Exhibitors Receive Top Honors at the All-American Ayrshire Show 

Ashton Wilcox of Varysburg, Ny. and her three year old cow, Jackson-Hill Champ Balboa recieved Grand Champion Ayrshire cow. The heifer Jomill Burdette Kalypso-ET, exhibited by Taylor Heeter of Shade Gap, Pa., claimed Junior Champion honors.

Junior Holstein Top Prizes Go to New York and Pennsylvania Youth 

Oakfield, Ny. native, Maggie Winspear and her cow, Kevetta Chelios Brooke received Grand Champion in the Junior Holstein Dairy Show. Exhibitor Presleigh Brace and her Winter Heifer Calf, Kozy-Kountry Dever Spice, of Springville, Pa, took home the title of Junior Champion.

Junior Red & White: Maryland and Pennsylvania Natives Take Home Top Awards 

Landree Fraley, a Muncy, Pa. native, and cow, Garay Red Diamond-Reo-ET won, Grand Champion during the Junior Red & White Show. Trinity Miller of Westminster, Md., and Summer Yearling Heifer, Pheasant-Echos Digz-RED-ET recieved Junior Champion at the Red & White Dairy Show.

Pennsylvania and New York Natives Excel Junior Brown Swiss Show  

Cow Northkill Creek Groovy and her co-owner Hannah Baltaser, of Bernville, Pa. took Grand Champion during the Junior Brown Swiss Show. Chase Burkhart of Vision, Ny. and his Spring Yearling Heifer Hell Hollow Carter Flutter won Junior Grand Champion.

Competitions continue today with the Premier National Open Show, which concludes with selection of the supreme champion cow and heifer beginning at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday Sept. 21. All-American Dairy Show events are open to the public. Parking and admission are free.
